I wasn’t able to get a nice NetworkManager config setup but here is the next best thing.
Install the apk on your phone and put your phone is usb debugging mode. https://code.google.com/p/azilink/downloads/list
Then sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb openvpn
Download https://code.google.com/p/azilink/downloads/detail?name=azilink.ovpn&can=2&q= to /etc/openvpn/azilink.conf
